As a Sales Representative you will be doing outside sales and account management. You will be responsible for getting into companies, build those relationships, set up appointments and attend those meetings.
Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities within the Tulsa metro area targeting light industrial, manufacturing, logistics and distribution industries.
- Utilize various contact methods and networking events to establish relationships with key decision makers within target organizations
- Grow, develop, manage and nurture accounts secured.
- Re-establish relationships and secure appointments with dormant accounts
- Flexibility to target any size account, though their bread and butter is 25-300 contingent staffing need accounts.
- Will have the support of 4 recruiters
- Identify and communicate with key decision makers within targeted organizations, securing appointments, attending meetings, build/grow relationships to further penetrate accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all situations
- Canvass, prospect, cold call, email and drop off information to secure initial appointments
- Attend networking events
- Act as a liaison between customer and recruitment staff to identify additional opportunities for increased sales
- 3+ years of sales experience and MUST be comfortable with 100+ drops, being on the road, getting in front of customers.
- Cold calling by phone to obtain appointments
- High energy, driven and enjoys being in front of customers
- Capable of having high level conversations to build relationships, secure meetings and grow accounts
