Position: DODO Client Advisor Roma Rinascente (German Speaker)

Role Purpose

As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, embodying and sharing the values and philosophy of DoDo with passion and authenticity. Your mission is to deliver an extraordinary client experience, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s spirit and commitment to excellence, while maximizing sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.

How you will Contribute:
Brand Advocate

Demonstrate passion as a DoDo brand ambassador during every selling ceremony

Learn to master the Brand and have an in-depth knowledge of the product

Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, front and back of house.

Business Achiever

Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the achievement of the boutique's overall goals and smooth operations.

Achieve individual and team goals by being responsible for sales results working with KPIs and business applications

Ensure to be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors.

Follow Company grooming, accordingly with DoDo standards and policies in terms of care and behavior

Clienteller

Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with customers through an individual approach, leveraging different CRM and clientelling tools, to promote brand loyalty

Use CRM KPIs to strengthen and develop clinetwork activity

Supporting customers in the purchase of all DODO products and enhancing product knowledge and storytelling

Welcoming every customer and providing the best customer experience mastering our brand history and heritage.

Profile

Passion for the DODO Brand

Ability to work with a diverse client base

Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

Flexibility and problem solving

Availability to work on turnations

Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge

Be open to feedback and communicate with your team and managers in a clear and straightforward way

Ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.

Fluent English and German

Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
