As a Storm Damage Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners who may have experienced recent hail, wind, or other storm-related damage. You’ll assess the roof’s condition, guide customers through the insurance claims process, and serve as the liaison between the homeowner, insurance adjuster, and our production team.

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify and engage potential clients (door-to-door marketing)
• Perform exterior roof inspections to assess storm damage (training provided)
• Document findings and educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
• Schedule and attend meetings with insurance adjusters to represent the homeowner’s interests
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Secure signed contracts and contingency agreements
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Communicate regularly with internal teams for smooth project handoff and follow-up
• Utilize CRM or sales software to track leads, appointments, and progress

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Must be self-motivated, organized, coachable, and not afraid of heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required! (You must be able to haul a ladder around in your vehicle)
• Roofing or insurance claims experience is a plus , but not mandatory—
