This is a full-time on-site role located in Tulsa, OK, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will engage in daily activities such as identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and improving customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include creating and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets, and facilitating training sessions for the sales team.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to lead and conduct Training sessions for team development and skills enhancement.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills to manage and improve sales performance.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable.
