Position Overview

Badge Pass is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for selling our  software, physical and virtual credentials, and related solutions into new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys hunting for new business, cultivating strong customer relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities to expand Badge Pass’s customer base.
  • Account Expansion: Grow revenue within existing accounts by uncovering and selling additional Badge Pass solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demos (virtual and in-person) of Badge Pass , credentialing platforms, and virtual badge solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closing.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and next steps.
  • Customer Engagement: Build deep relationships with decision-makers and champions within target accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging, product positioning, and post-sales hand-offs.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of sales experience in software, technology, or related B2B solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and close new business while expanding existing accounts.
  • Comfortable delivering product demonstrations and articulating value propositions.
  • Strong desire to win, exceed targets, and take ownership of results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and structured, proactive approach to sales activities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
