- Drive sales growth and market share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets
- Act as a customer advocate, liaising between customers and the employer's Sales and Product Management teams
- Educate and train customers on the features, benefits, and ROI of the employer's products and services
- Develop and execute territory strategy to identify and cultivate new accounts, including OEMs and integrators
- Participate in trade shows and customer events to enhance brand visibility and generate demand
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial automation
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Experience in the industrial automation sector
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
- Familiarity with market share and competitive activity analysis
