What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales growth and market share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets
  • Act as a customer advocate, liaising between customers and the employer's Sales and Product Management teams
  • Educate and train customers on the features, benefits, and ROI of the employer's products and services
  • Develop and execute territory strategy to identify and cultivate new accounts, including OEMs and integrators
  • Participate in trade shows and customer events to enhance brand visibility and generate demand
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial automation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the industrial automation sector
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Familiarity with market share and competitive activity analysis
