Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will focus on developing a territory-based sales team and growing our market share in the region. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and developing a sales team and working closely with them to achieve their expected business results and customer satisfaction with our products and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a territory-based sales team to grow market share in the region.
  • Interview, hire, onboard, train and mentor sales staff; provide ongoing coaching to achieve business results and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate training and guidance for sales and program training, introducing new products and solutions, sales promotions, customer care, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.
  • Promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources.
  • Attend meetings with team members to ensure understanding of programs and management of expected business results.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and oversee account management to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure successful product launches and program implementations.
Qualifications
  • High-energy professional with document solutions industry experience.
  • Proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team, stay positive, be self-motivated, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong time management and customer-focused sales skills.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and MVR report prior to hire.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a compensation package that includes a guaranteed base and uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $250,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, vehicle allowance, expense allowances and a smartphone allowance for company business, plus various incentive programs and opportunities to attend events.
