- Engage with customers & assess home‑buying needs
- Provide home tours & product information
- Follow up on leads via phone, website, social media & ads
- Assist customers with credit applications & financing (with manager support)
- Maintain professional communication throughout the purchase process
- Identify local marketing opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales & profitability goals
- Ensure top‑tier customer satisfaction
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) a major plus
- Commission‑based sales experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Customer‑service mindset
- Must pass drug test
- Availability:
Mon–Sat, 9 am–6 pm - Five‑day work week (Sunday + 1 weekday off)
- Salary + Aggressive Commission Package
