Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with clients over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle clients queries effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams.
Good communication skills.
Confident and persuasive calling ability.
Clients handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM (preferred)
Minimum qualification:
GraduateFresher & Experienced candidates both can apply
Experience in Telecalling / Sales / Real Estate is an advantage
Salary:
15, per month (depends on experience)Attractive incentives & performance bonuses
