Open since 1979, Mother Nature’s Pest & Lawn is a local, family-owned and operated company. With over four decades of experience, we’re devoted to tackling any pest problem, and we know the secret to effective pest control.

This is a full-time role for a Salesperson, located in Tulsa, OK. The Salesperson will be responsible for inspections, generating leads, negotiating contracts with prospective clients, helping determine accurate pricing for current industry rates. Additionally, the Salesperson will promote company programs, and building relationships with clients and attending networking events could be needed on behalf of the company.

• Competitive base pay
• Commission starting at 10% ranging up to 15% based off of time with company
• Company vehicle to take home with gas card

• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Willingness to submit to a background and drug screening
• Experience in lead generation and meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Skills in negotiating contracts and determining pricing schedules
• Coordination of sales efforts with marketing programs
• Ability to work independently but also as a team member.
• Understanding of and ability to promote company programs
• Strong relationship-building skills and networking capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the industry is a plus
• Tech savvy
• Strong desire to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in related field is beneficial
• Will train and provide curriculum for state licensing
