Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Customers: Greet customers, assess their needs, and help them find the perfect pre-owned vehicle.

Product Knowledge: Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand the value and advantages of each pre-owned model.

Test Drives & Consultations: Conduct test drives and guide customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle based on their preferences.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Paperwork & Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation for vehicle transactions.

Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new vehicle models, promotions, and sales techniques through training and ongoing professional development.

Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience: Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-focused sales role is preferred.

Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You are driven to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver results.
