Job Responsibilities
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory sales strategies through in‑person and virtual communications
  • Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as marketing, managed care, and medical science liaisons
Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success in complex settings
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams with effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to reside within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for impactful work
