Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Branch Sales Representative to grow sales of our complete HVAC product line to a pre‑selected account list. The role reports directly to the Branch Sales Manager and includes the opportunity for performance‑based bonuses and incentives.

Job Summary

The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative will focus on expanding sales, building customer relationships, ensuring proper product availability, and providing coaching to on‑site sales associates.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
  • Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
  • Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new accounts.
  • Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
  • Leverage monthly and seasonal promotions to increase customer engagement.
  • Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
  • Provide input regarding product stocking and levels to Wholesale Management.
  • Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales techniques.
  • Deliver superior customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Use internal industry‑leading technology offerings and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Stay current with sales training and continuing education.
  • Pursue recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
  • Travel occasionally to training sessions, meetings, or other work‑related activities.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Energetic, motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results‑oriented in an autonomous environment.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
