Telesales Executive

We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who can also support Business Development activities. This dual‑role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and is keen to contribute to the growth of a dynamic training provider.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and employers to promote our client's training courses.
• Follow up on warm leads generated via marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM systems.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for course enrolments.
• Provide excellent customer service and course information to potential learners.

• Identify and engage with new employer partners across the West Midlands to promote Skills Bootcamp opportunities.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and meetings to represent our client.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships with local authorities, training providers, and industry bodies.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or business development (ideally in education, training, or recruitment).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the trades or training sector is a plus but not essential.
