Overview
Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will focus on developing a territory based sales team and growing our market share in the region. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and developing a sales team and working closely with them to achieve their expected business results and customer satisfaction with our products and solutions.

- Facilitate training and guidance including sales and program training for all solutions, introducing new products and solutions, sales promotions, customer care, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.
- Work with your team to promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources.
- Attend meetings with team members to ensure understanding of programs and manage expected business results.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for account management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Compensation package includes a guaranteed base, uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $250,000.
- Additional incentives include contests, incentive trips, opportunities to attend professional sporting events, and a full fringe benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and holidays, and a 401k with a generous company match.
- Vehicle allowance, expense allowances, and smartphone allowance for company business.
- High-energy professional with document solutions industry experience and a proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results.
- 3–5 years of experience in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management role is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead a team, be positive and self-motivated, and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Strong desire to work in a customer-focused sales environment with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and MVR prior to hire; must have a valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
