This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling and direct sales to potential customers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling products.
• Engage in technical sales discussions to provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

• Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales roles.
• Strong understanding of sales principles including lead generation, negotiation techniques, and territory sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• A background in retail sales or direct sales is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
