Outside Sales Representative - Industrial

This is a field‑based sales role supporting customers in the Kansas and Oklahoma area, requiring the candidate to be based in Kansas or Oklahoma. A fuel card, auto allowance, travel & expense card, company cell phone, and laptop will be provided.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, working with other branch associates to ensure satisfaction from order to delivery and beyond.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, working with management to develop sales strategies and new account targeting.
• Perform product quotation and problem resolution.
• Analyze competition in territory, devise a sales strategy, and communicate it to management.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
• Document all sales activity in Salesforce for ongoing evaluation of the new business pipeline and measurement of sales closure results.

• Minimum of 3 years industry‑related sales experience (preferred).
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, capable of completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Builds relationships and enjoys a team environment.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Problem‑solving, leadership, and listening skills.
• General digital literacy.
• Self‑motivator, ability to multi‑task and learn quickly.

This is a base plus commission eligible role, with no cap on your commission. Estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 - $100,000+.
