We're currently hiring a C-Store Assistant Manager to help lead our store team, support daily operations, and uphold the high standards our customers expect.

What You Will Do

As a C-Store Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the team and keeping the store running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising Cashiers and Full-Service Drive Attendants
  • Training and onboarding new team members
  • Assigning daily tasks and ensuring smooth shift operations
  • Providing exceptional, friendly customer service-and modeling that for your team
  • Managing inventory for assigned product categories (ordering, stocking, and price audits)
  • Operating registers and handling cash accurately
  • Overseeing merchandising to maintain Reeder's visual standards
  • Answering phone calls and assisting customers as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
  • Supporting training content development with leadership
  • Operating fuel dispensers, tire gauges, and related equipment
  • Helping connect customers with Reeder's Automotive Technicians when needed

  • Are willing to obtain (or already have) a Food Handler's Permit and ABLE Permit (we help if needed!)
