We’re currently looking for a friendly, reliable and food-loving Retail Grocery Assistants to join the full-time team at our Rose Bay store.

As a frontline team member, you’ll be the face of Harris Farm Markets, helping us bring joy to the everyday food shop through amazing service and exceptional produce.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering warm, helpful and efficient customer service
• Creating visually appealing, fresh, and well-stocked displays
• Ensuring accurate signage and pricing across departments
• Keeping shelves, cases, and work spaces clean, safe, and organised
• Assisting with food tastings and sampling programs
• Following food safety and health protocols at all times

• Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality role
• A genuine passion for fresh food and creating a great shopping experience
• Strong communication skills and a warm, team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
• A proactive, can-do spirit and willingness to get stuck in
