Responsibilities- Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
- Resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam’s Club products and services.
- Guides and supports members regarding self‑service technology.
- Processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps.
- Handles merchandise properly, identifies shrink and damage, and reports unsafe situations to facility management.
- Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, acknowledges members, and assists with purchasing decisions and item transportation.
- Maintains paperwork, logs, and required documentation; executes emergency response procedures and ensures compliance with security and safety practices.
- Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technology, and tool functionality; delivers new programs rollout training; provides continuous learning and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage at the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
