Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Assist Members by providing information on membership benefits and processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.;
Fulfill Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring order accuracy.;
Provide Member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.;
Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards and reporting unsafe situations to management.;
Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners to prioritize tasks and address improvement opportunities.
