To initiate and or make recommendations regarding the hiring, discipline, promotion, and evaluation of all employees. To supervise check out and proper bagging of customer purchases, including movement of bagged purchases from store to customer car. To get change for cashiers and approve checks, as well as refunds and voids. To ensure the store opening and closing accounting procedures are followed, and to perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by the store manager.
Requirements
- Mobility
- Verbal communication skills
- Be able to multitask
- Be able to give and receive clear verbal instructions that are followed through with till the end.
- Be able to work day and night time shifts as needed
- Be able to work Holiday's
- Have the ability to count change back to a customer
- Have the ability to write a work schedule for 40 employees and above
- Must have the skills to train and correct employees daily tasks.
- Must have the ability to eliminate out of stock product while maintaining the desired products turns
- To execute and maintain a regular cleaning program for the store
