Product Demonstrator Part Time - 4839

Join Product Connections as a Product Demonstrator. This part‑time role involves completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, serving samples, and engaging consumers.

Overview

The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products, preparing, serving and breaking down product, equipment, and supplies, intercepting consumers, and demonstrating products in a professional manner while maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities
  • Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
  • Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
  • Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
  • Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
  • Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
  • Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
  • Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
  • Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the day of event execution.
  • Navigate company electronic systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PDF, and internet.
  • Items may be performed up to 25 hours per week; role may change based on business needs.
Qualifications

Education / Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.

Computer

Skills:

Proficiency in personal computer and mobile device applications.

Certificates / Licenses: Local food handler permit may be required.

Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs), push and pull a wheeled cart, perform tasks up to 65 inches, handle cleaning supplies.

Work Environment: Retail store environment; limited travel.
