GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Visual Merch Materials Handler will be responsible for moving merchandise from warehouse and around floor under direction of Visual Merchandisers and Team Leaders to create and maintain a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and stimulate sales activity. The role includes maintaining a friendly professional environment, acknowledging every customer and coworker that approaches, and being reliable, responsible, and dependable.

• Assembly merchandise after it is unloaded and staged for the floor; move merchandise to floor using carts.
• Move merchandise from one bay to another as instructed.
• Ensure merchandise displays look as appealing as possible.
• Change or rotate displays and signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotions.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 25 lbs. constantly.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with customers.
• Knowledge of merchandise handling and employment procedures.
• Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, climb, crawl, walk, pull, lift, talk, hear/listen, and perform repetitive motion.
