Founded on mindful movement, ALO is committed to transforming studio practice into real-life community impact. As a Seasonal Associate, you will help achieve store sales and operational goals while delivering an authentic, people‑focused experience on the front and back of the house.

• Align with store goals and ALO’s guiding principles to positively impact the business and store environment.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by using ALO’s Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide a warm greeting and proactively engage customers to understand their needs and support engagement.
• Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Stay informed on store goals, company communications, initiatives, new product launches, and educate guests on floor initiatives.
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with processing shipments and replenish the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute front‑and‑back‑of‑house procedures in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Perform constant movement around the store, keeping it clean, safe, inviting, and efficient.

• Preferred 1+ year of prior client‑centric sales experience.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Alignment with and embodiment of ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift, push, carry, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder, up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to stand and move for an entire shift.

Seasonal, part‑time associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours. Associates must work during Blackout periods from the week of Thanksgiving through January 14th.

Associate base pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour in Tulsa, OK. Associates are eligible to participate in the monthly store incentive bonus program, potentially increasing total compensation. Additional rewards may include clothing allowance, employee discount, 401(k), competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, commuter benefits, and ALO Wellness Club.
