QA Specialist / Manager
The Quality Control Inspector is a key member of the Sene Gence Operations team, ensuring that products are produced to specification and ready for our Distributors and Customers. In this role, you will inspect and test materials and finished goods, document results, and partner closely with Manufacturing and R&D to resolve quality issues. Responsibilities- Perform visual inspections and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products according to established SOPs and quality standards.
- Document inspection and testing results accurately and promptly.
- Identify and document any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
- Assist in investigating the root cause of quality issues and participate in problem-solving activities.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D and Manufacturing, to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.
- Participate in training programs to enhance inspection and testing skills.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements。
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team and business.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles, inspection methods, and measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
- Good communication skills and ability to document inspection results accurately.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Reliable, consistent attendance and a positive, team-oriented approach.
Physical requirements include arm and hand dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds; occasional pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, kneeling, handling, and climbing; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
Working ConditionsWork is performed primarily indoors in a quality control laboratory and warehouse/production support environment. The role may involve exposure to chemicals, fragrances, and other hazardous materials and requires the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety and GMP guidelines.
