Atlas is proud to be partnering with a highly reputable and forward-thinking veterinary group that is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital in Tulsa, OK in the spring of 2026, and is now seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join the founding clinical team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a DVM who thrives in a collaborative setting, values exceptional patient care, and wants to practice medicine with the support, technology, and structure needed to do their best work without burnout, late nights, or on-call demands.
This purpose-built hospital has been designed from the ground up to support high-quality general practice and daytime urgent care, combining cutting-edge diagnostics, a calm and welcoming environment, and a strong emphasis on Fear Free principles.
You’ll be supported by a highly skilled team of technicians and support staff, allowing you to focus on medicine, client relationships, and long-term professional growth.
With the support of a virtual care team and modern in-house scribe technology, you will have the valuable time you need to focus on providing high-quality veterinary care for the Tulsa community.
For Associate Veterinarians with long-term ambition, there is a clearly defined career pathway with opportunities to grow, develop leadership skills, and progress over time into a Senior Veterinarian or even Partner Veterinarian.

- 30-minute appointment times to support thorough, unrushed care
- Administrative workload reduced through centralized and virtual support teams
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Oklahoma
- You prioritize gold-standard medicine and preventative care
- Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of clinical experience as a DVM
- Must be comfortable with routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry
- Have a passion for Fear-Free methods of handling
- Generous straight salary up to $170,000
