Position The Crown Estate as a leader in sustainable land management.

What you’ll do

Develop and deliver a programme of ambitious, practical nature recovery projects in agricultural landscapes.

Work closely with our tenant farmers and managing agents to support their role in nature recovery and facilitate transitions to more sustainable and regenerative food production systems.

Ensure The Crown Estate fulfils its statutory duties as a public body, particularly with regard to Protected Sites and contributes towards national commitments such as Environment Act Habitat Targets and ’30 by 30’.

Measure progress and showcase impactful outcomes.
