Key Responsibilities Deliver course content and assessments while engaging students to ensure academic success Maintain an engaged classroom presence and support student development through timely responses and a supportive learning environment Perform additional duties such as coaching and overseeing student clinical experiences as required by the course or program
Required Qualifications Doctor of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or a PhD in Nursing, or a Doctorate degree with a Master's in Nursing A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing practice as a Nurse Practitioner, with at least 2 years of current experience Active unencumbered Registered Arizona Nurse or Multistate (RN) license and Arizona Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner Must maintain one record of scholarship annually that meets the institution's definition of scholarship engagement
