Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN - Surgery Circulator for an OR position requiring an OK or compact RN license and BLS certification.

Job Details

• Work in the Operating Room as a circulating nurse,

• Day shift schedule from 06:30 to 19:00,

• Call and holiday work may be required,

• 13-week contract assignment,

Job Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required,

• Minimum of 1 year of OR circulating nursing experience,

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required,

• Nursys verification and primary source license verification must be completed within 30 days prior to start,

• Applicants must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US home address,

Additional Information

• Responsible for coordinating and delivering nursing care in accordance with organizational policies,

• Monitors, documents, and communicates patient condition and carries out physician and nursing orders,

• Coordinates with the healthcare team for patient discharge planning,

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision,

• Standard PPE and precautions must be followed,

• Holiday and call coverage may be assigned as needed,
