* Hillcrest Hospital South, a full-service 180-bed facility located in south Tulsa, offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services utilizing cutting-edge technology in a welcoming community environment.
* As the only DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) in Oklahoma, Hillcrest South stands out for its exceptional orthopedic care.
* The hospital's RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high-quality training for nurses.
* The Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for using the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care to assigned patients.
* Responsible and accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, formulating the plan of care, prioritizing/managing/delegating interventions, and collaborating with the physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Job Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school
* Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma
* BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Preferred
Job Requirements:
* One or more years of experience in a Step-Down Unit
* Med/Surg experience with an aptitude for developing new skills will be considered
