Position Overview:

Greenlife seeks an experienced

Certified Nursing Assistant for a Level 3 role for government-owned facilities in Oklahoma. Level 3 CNAs are senior, highly skilled practitioners who provide leadership and advanced care within their teams. They are entrusted with the most complex or high-acuity patient assignments, may serve as lead
CNAs, and often coordinate the work of other CNAs and support staff. Level 3 CNAs play a key role in crisis intervention, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives. They are expected to act with autonomy within their scope, support onboarding and training of new staff, and uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all Level 1 and Level 2 CNA duties
  • Lead and coordinate care for complex or high-acuity patients
  • Oversee and mentor other CNAs and support staff as needed
  • Participate in crisis intervention and patient safety initiatives
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new CNAs
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Support quality improvement and risk management activities

Qualifications:

  • Education:Oklahoma-approved CNA training program.
  • Requirements:
    • Valid Oklahoma CNA certification
    • Current BLS/CPR certification (as required)
    • Extensive clinical experience, typically 3+ years or as specified by the facility
    • Resume
    • 2 Professional References
    • Copies of Professional/Clinical State License/Registration
    • Copies of Identification/Work Authorization
    • Willing to provide consent for a Criminal Background Check
    • Willing to undergo Drug Screen/Urine Toxicology test
