- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656‑bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- Coordinate and implement nursing clinical education programs and clinical competence.
- Plan, organize, and execute education/training programs as identified through needs assessment, quality improvement, and implementation of new products and technology.
- Assist in the effective operation through teamwork, customer service/satisfaction, quality assurance, adherence to legal and financial regulations, and provide feedback and assistance in development and implementation of policies and procedures as they apply to areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with other members of the education team and facility leadership on global hospital education initiatives as directed.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current, unrestricted OK RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified
Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- 3‑5 years experience in nursing education
- Critical Care Services experience
