Responsible for managing and supervising daily operations within the assigned nursing department, focusing on high-quality, cost-effective patient care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and participates in budgeting, policy development, and performance improvement activities.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma or degree).
• Licensure:
  Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or multi-state compact license.
• Experience:
  
  2–4 years of relevant clinical or leadership experience.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong clinical knowledge of disease management and care pathways
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities

• Mentor, coach, evaluate, and support nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
• Oversee orientation and ongoing education initiatives
• Foster job satisfaction and professional growth
• Develop and manage department budget
• Monitor and analyze monthly financial reports
• Implement cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure accurate patient charging and resource allocation
