• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure valid in Oklahoma.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
