Responsibilities- Perform thorough patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans.

- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with professional scope.
- Follow up and manage chronic conditions with interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Maintain precise documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
- Graduated from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure valid in Oklahoma.
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Exceptional clinical judgment combined with a compassionate approach.
- Strong communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare staff.

- Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort with telehealth modalities.
