- Shift Timing: 10:30-23:00 Hours Monday to Friday (3 Days/12 Hours)
- Per Week: 36 Hours
- This is a 45-bed Level II trauma center serving a population of all ages. The nurses work together in teams and are supported by PCTs and a unit secretary. ENPC and TNCC required for one year
- Organization Name:
Ascension Health - Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
EOW, EOH; 1 yr of Emergency Room Experience required and EPIC; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
