Hillcrest Hospital South is a 180-bed full-service hospital recognized nationally for patient safety, providing inpatient and outpatient services with state-of-the-art technology.

• Supervise and coordinate daily functions of the unit as Charge Nurse.
• Assess the quality of patient care and collaborate with management.
• Supervise nursing staff, ensuring a safe and caring environment.
• Assist in planning, developing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• 2-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in the relevant area.
• CPR certification (current), ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in patient care management.
• Charge nurse experience.
