Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our team as a registered nurse at ACG Hospice. You will evaluate patients, create care plans, and serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives quality care.

We are looking for registered nurses committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a registered nurse on our team, you’ll evaluate patients and create care plans, all while communicating with everyone involved — the patient, the patient’s family, and the care team.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.

• Communicate with patients, families, and care team members.

• Serve as the driver of our care team to ensure quality care delivery.

• Heart to serve patients and families with passion.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current state RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80‑100 lbs.
