Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN with Labor & Delivery experience and active OK or compact license for night shift assignments.

Responsibilities
Position is in a hospital labor and delivery unit
Provides care for expectant mothers and newborns before, during, and after childbirth
Night shift schedule from 18:30 to 07:00
Assignment duration is 13 weeks
Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, manage pain including epidurals, and assist with both vaginal and surgical deliveries
Educate families on postpartum recovery and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team
Must be able to work effectively under stress with minimal supervision
Follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as required
All positions are auto offer
Local candidates are accepted at a reduced rate according to facility radius rules
COVID-19 vaccination is no longer required

Requirements
Active OK or compact RN license required
BLS certification from AHA required
NRP certification from AHA or American Academy of Pediatrics required
Minimum of 1 year recent labor and delivery RN experience
Nursys license verification and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
Must have a US Social Security Number and US address (no international addresses accepted)
Copy of Driver’s License required
