They provide specialized wound care in home, nursing home, and assisted living settings, performing assessments, developing care plans, and educating patients and caregivers.

• Wound assessment and treatment
• Supervision of nursing staff and medical assistants
• Documentation and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Patient and caregiver education

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Active NP licensure
• Wound care certification within 6 months
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an NP, PA, MD, or DO
