The hospital’s RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high‑quality training for nurses.

• Use the nursing process (assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide care to assigned patients.
• Identify and prioritize needs, formulate the plan of care, prioritize/managing/delegating interventions, and collaborate with the physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

• One or more years of experience in a Step‑Down Unit;
  Med/Surg experience with an aptitude for developing new skills will be considered.

Salary: $60,000.00 – $64,000.00
