Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Assisted Living Facility (Full/Part time)

Location:

Tulsa, OK. The Villages at Southern Hills is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This position offers an 8‑hour shift, providing personal care to residents and supporting the multi‑disciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort and in accordance with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in implementing care plans as directed, within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, documenting observations as required.
• Comply with procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
