Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Available Full-Time Shifts
  • Days: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.;
    Sunday – Tuesday and every other Wednesday.
  • Nights: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.;
    Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday.
Pay, Benefits, and Perks
  • $26 – $30 per hour, depending on experience.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates.
  • Shift differential pay.
  • Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift.

Essential Functions
  • Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing.
  • Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
  • Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
  • Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
  • Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
  • Assign nursing care to team members according to the resident’s needs and each person’s capabilities and qualifications.
  • Administer medications.
  • Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents.
  • Document treatments as required.
  • Ensure that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is cleaned and maintained in a safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing.
  • One year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Oklahoma required.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
  • Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
