Licensed Practical Nurse – Night Shift (7 pm to 7 am) –
Tulsa Nursing Center
, Tulsa, OK.

Tulsa Nursing Center is a well‑respected facility specializing in long‑term and rehabilitative care.

• Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing pattern needed to meet residents’ needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment supplies.
• Direct and oversee subordinates.
• Participate in duty assignments.
• Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversee/monitor the function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate discipline or training.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents/incidents.

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
