• Respond to on‑call visits within a 50-mile radius of Tulsa
  , offering timely and compassionate care.

• Deliver high-quality hospice nursing services after hours, including crisis response and death calls
  .

• Provide clear communication, emotional guidance, and education to families.

• Document all services accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care.

• Current RN license in the State of Oklahoma.

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice experience strongly preferred).

• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis-intervention skills.

• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

• A genuine heart for hospice and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
