Marketing Manager

Full-Time | In-Person at our office in Tulsa, OK

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the full creative and operational marketing strategy for Soul Aesthetics. This role owns all organic marketing, brand storytelling, content creation, design, email and text marketing, website updates, and e-commerce upkeep. While an external agency supports SEO, paid advertising, and website hosting, the Marketing Manager oversees all in-house marketing execution and serves as the guardian of the Soul brand across every touchpoint.

This is a highly creative, fast-paced, and detail-driven role that requires strong time management, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Related Field
• 3+ Years of Experience Preferred
• Industry Knowledge Preferred

Reponsibilities:

• Social Media & Content Creation
  • Plan and create monthly social media content
  • Film, design, edit, and post weekly content
  • Manage daily Instagram Stories
  • Write captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
  • Engage with followers and assist with DM routing
  • Track performance and adjust strategy as needed
• Design & Creative
  • Design promotional graphics for social, email, and in-clinic use
  • Assist with signage, printed materials, and event visuals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative
• Website & E-Commerce
  • Update website photos and copy
  • Assist with new service pages and promotions
  • Create and update Shopify product listings
  • Help manage online orders and storefront updates
• Email & Text Marketing
  • Design and write campaign emails and texts
  • Schedule campaigns and track performance
• Reporting & Admin
  • Track social and campaign performance
