Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to help lead our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. This role blends strategy, creativity, storytelling, and analytics. You’ll be responsible for planning campaigns, creating engaging content, directing visuals, writing copy, and tracking performance to ensure our online presence reflects the quality of our brand. This role has the potential to turn into a larger Marketing role as we grow into larger marketing projects.

• Part-time with the potential of full-time
• In-Office | Tulsa, OK
• We are not looking for freelancers, contract work, or marketing agencies. This is an in-house position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ Years of Social Media Management
• Aesthetic industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and create monthly social media content
• Film, design, edit, and post weekly content
• Manage daily Instagram Stories
• Write captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
• Engage with followers and assist with DM routing
• Track performance and adjust strategy as needed
