Who We’re Looking For
- A strategic + hands‑on marketing leader
- Acts as second‑in‑command to the Director of Marketing
- Runs day‑to‑day marketing operations with full autonomy
- Builds + executes campaigns across all channels
- Leads, develops, and elevates a junior mid level team
- Drives creativity, momentum, and results across the property
- Experience That Fits
- 5+ years in a leadership role (Manager/Director‑level)
- DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven leadership + team development experience
- Background in entertainment, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Casino experience a plus, but not required
Strong record of building, launching, and optimizing campaigns - Comfortable developing annual marketing plans and driving performance
