Are you an experienced quality leader with a background in high-volume manufacturing? We are looking for a driven Quality Control Supervisor to lead our QC operations, ensure product excellence, and champion continuous improvement at our Tulsa facility.

In this highly autonomous role, you will take ownership of quality outcomes, guide a dedicated QC team, and work closely with manufacturing to keep production moving smoothly without compromising standards.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead & Develop: Manage, train, and mentor QC personnel, handling everything from competency assessments to performance evaluations.
  • Oversee Operations: Direct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections while managing calibration for measurement and test equipment under QMS requirements.
  • Drive Resolutions: Lead nonconformance tracking (using NCP Web
    ) and actively participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
  • Improve Processes: Develop and maintain QC-specific procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.
🔹 What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, including direct supervisory or lead responsibilities.
  • Industry Background: Experience in high-volume manufacturing (familiarity with rubber and/or composite materials is highly preferred!).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of GD&T, measurement systems, and quality-related software/reporting tools.
  • Core

    Skills:

    Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and customer requirements, paired with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
