Pay Rate: $25.66/hour |
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift (4:45am - 3:15pm)

Your craftsmanship will play a critical role in manufacturing high‑performance composite parts that keep our skies safe and our technology soaring.

Step into a high‑energy production environment where your skills make a difference every day. As an Advanced Composite Technician, you’ll be working under moderate supervision to perform key manufacturing functions such as:

• Composite lay‑up, cutting, bagging, trimming, autoclaving, and repair
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, work orders, and lofts
• Using specialized tools and measuring instruments (6" scale, micrometers, dial calipers)
• Ensuring quality and accuracy through inspection and attention to detail
• Maintaining detailed production logs and documentation
• Supporting 5S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Upholding safety and cleanliness in your work area
• Adapting to varying shifts and production demands

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of related composite experience
• Proficiency working with composite resins and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work any shift and meet physical demands of the role

Preferred:

• Experience in an aerospace or high‑performance manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with documentation and quality standards like MIR sheets, DMTs, and PCOs

Pay Details: $25.66 per hour
